To maintain our high service standards, we reserve the right to deny access to the Services where necessary.

II. Transfer Rides and Hourly Services

We offer flexible transportation solutions tailored to your needs, including:

  • Point to point and airport transfers
  • Hourly chauffeur services

To ensure a seamless luxury experience:

  • Any additional stops or changes may result in adjusted pricing
  • All modifications are subject to availability
  • Transfer rates are based on confirmed pickup and drop off locations
  • Hourly services begin at the scheduled time and are designed to provide continuous, uninterrupted service within the originating area

Our goal is to deliver precision, comfort, and efficiency with every trip.

III. Vehicle Selection and Experience

Our fleet is curated to meet the highest standards of luxury and comfort, offering:

  • Business Class Sedan
  • Business Class SUV or Van
  • First Class Sedan
  • Extra Large Van

Please note:

  • Vehicle images are representative of the experience, not guaranteed models
  • Complimentary upgrades may be offered when available to enhance your trip

Every vehicle is maintained to deliver a refined and dependable travel experience.

IV. Safety and Travel Requirements

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Luggage and Special Requests

  • Your booking includes the luggage specified at the time of reservation
  • Additional or oversized items may incur supplemental charges
  • Undisclosed items or animals may result in service refusal for safety reasons

Traveling with Children

  • Child safety seats are available upon request with advance notice

Capacity and Comfort

  • Passenger and luggage capacity is designed for comfort and safety
  • Service may be adjusted or declined if limits are exceeded

We are committed to maintaining a safe, smooth, and premium travel environment at all times.

V. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for punctuality and precision, certain circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, air traffic delays, or regulatory disruptions may impact service timing.

In such cases, we remain committed to minimizing inconvenience and keeping you informed throughout your trip.

VI. Cancellations, Changes, and No Show Policy

Our policies are structured to balance flexibility with operational excellence.

Cancellations

Transfer Services (Airport and Point to Point)
  • Complimentary cancellation up to 24 hours prior to pickup
  • Within 24 hours, the full fare applies
Hourly Services – Standard Vehicles
  • Complimentary cancellation up to 72 hours prior to pickup
  • Within 72 hours, the full fare applies
Hourly Services – Large and Specialty Vehicles
  • Complimentary cancellation up to 7 days prior to pickup
  • Within 7 days, the full fare applies

Cancellations can be completed via your confirmation email, through our website, or by contacting our support team.

Changes to Reservations

  • Modifications are treated as new bookings
  • Original booking terms remain applicable

No Show Policy

Transfer Services
  • 15 minute grace period for standard pickups
  • 60 minute grace period for airport or train arrivals
  • Full fare applies after the grace period
Hourly Services
  • Considered a no show once the reserved time elapses

We understand that plans can change, and our team is always available to assist when possible.

VII. Passenger Conduct and Experience Standards

To preserve the elevated experience expected from 5 STARS Limousine Connection, all passengers are expected to:

  • Follow all safety regulations and driver instructions
  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Treat the vehicle with care and respect

The following are not permitted:

  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Unsafe behavior such as opening doors while in motion or extending body parts outside

Any damages or violations may result in additional charges, including cleaning or service disruption fees.
